Christopher DiGirolamo is partner at MDL, and has lived in Fort Lee, New Jersey since 2003.

Christopher DiGirolamo joined Michael Maggiano as an Associate Attorney in 1992, and became Managing Partner at the firm in 1999. Prior to that, Mr. DiGirolamo had already distinguished himself at the Superior Court of New Jersey as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Ralph A. Polito, JSC Bergen County. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, membership to which is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.

His previous work experience also includes the Governor's Office, New York Department of State, where he worked with the Honorable Mario Cuomo on public sector issues including rent stabilization, hospitalization, income continuation and disability. He was also an Investment Banking Clerk, Associate Level, for Morgan Stanley & Co. where he specialized in portfolio management and design.

Mr. DiGirolamo has also spoken on legal topics at a variety of institutions of higher learning, including the New Jersey State Judicial College (where he lectured with a distinguished panel of Superior Court Judges), Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University, and has taught course at Bergen Community College and Fort Lee High School on the topics of General Tort Law, landlord tenant, understanding the automobile insurance policy, Real Estate management and Municipal Traffic Law.
