Daniel LaTerra is an associate at MD&L, and has lived in Hoboken, New Jersey since 2007. Prior to moving to Hoboken, Mr. LaTerra was a lifelong resident of Montvale, New Jersey.

Mr. LaTerra joined MD&L as an associate in 2007. Daniel received his juris doctor from New York Law School where he graduated cum laude in 2007. During his attendance at New York Law School, Mr. LaTerra was awarded the John Harlan Scholarship and Sony USA Corporation Scholarship for outstanding academic achievement.

Prior to attending New York Law School, Mr. LaTerra was a student at Lafayette College where he earned an undergraduate degree in Government & Law. He was recognized as an EXCEL Scholar and was named to the Pi Sigma Alpha Honors Society for accomplishments in the field of Political Science and the Sigma Delta Pi Honors Society for achievements in the study of Spanish Language & Culture.

Mr. LaTerra is licensed to practice law in the State Courts of New Jersey and New York, as well as the District Court of New Jersey. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Bergen County Bar Association and Bergen County Bar Association of Young Lawyers.
