Associate

Christopher J. Havatian is an associate with Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi P.C. and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York state courts. Christopher focuses on catastrophic injuries resulting from truck wrecks, automobile collisions, worker’s compensation, and premise liability. Christopher specializes in complex legal research needed for motions and briefs to protect the rights of our clients.

Christopher received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where he served as a Project Staff Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion, Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, a mentor for the Minority Student Program, and a member of the Child and Family Advocacy Clinic. 

Mr. Havatian was an intern in the Tort Litigation Division of the Attorney General’s Office and interned for the Camden County Superior Court, Law Division during law school. After graduating from law school, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Philip M. Freedman J.S.C. (Retired) at Essex County Superior Court, Law Division. Prior to joining Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi P.C., Christopher In-House Counsel for a New York auto insurance company. 

Christopher brings a passion for helping the victims of auto collisions, fall down incidents, and work-related injuries.
