On Thursday, March 1st, Attorney Michael Maggiano will be among the featured guest speakers at the half-day Winter 2018 Seminar hosted by the New Jersey Association for Justice Trial College (NJAJ).

The event, which is being held at The Palace at Somerset Park, has been exclusively designed to meet the continuing educational requirements of trial lawyers. Along with Mr. Maggiano, the Seminar will feature a number of other noteworthy speakers. Registration begins at 11 am, followed by lunch at noon and, then, the series of guest lectures.

Mr. Maggiano’s lecture, entitled Deposing the Defense Liability Witness on the Methodology and Analysis, will start at 4:00 pm.

The NJAJ Winter 2018 Seminar has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 5.70 hours of total CLE credit (with 0.0 of these hours qualifying for ethics/professionalism credit, and 5.70 of these qualifying as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law).

The seminar course materials will be online for attendees to download on Friday, February 23rd.
