Michael Maggiano Speaking at The 2017 Boardwalk Seminar

This year, the Boardwalk Seminar 2017 is entitled, “Masters of Advocacy: The Visual Trial,” featuring 32 seminars over a three-day timespan. These seminars are designed to meet educational requirements of trial attorneys, featuring outstanding speakers of local, regional, and national levels. This year, the seminar will be taking place at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey from April 26-28. Michael Maggiano of Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi is pleased to announce that he will be speaking at this year’s Boardwalk Seminar.

Michael Maggiano is a highly acclaimed Civil Trial Lawyer and speaker on Trial Diplomacy and Technique, and is co-chairing the Masters of Advocacy Program this year. At “The Visual Trial,” Mr. Maggiano will be speaking on The Law of Visual Evidence in New Jersey, sharing his knowledge with other attorneys across the country who focus on Plaintiff Personal Injury. He will be focusing on every aspect of visual communication from the use of chalk boards, photographs, camera-recorded evidence, illustrations, electronic evidence, reconstructions, animation, and more in litigation.

Future Endeavors 

In the future, Mr. Maggiano will be speaking for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education on Expert Opinion. He will be presenting another program on Forensic Sciences and the Law, with details being provided at a later date. Mr. Maggiano is pleased to be presenting at the Boardwalk Seminar this year and is excited to share his knowledge on visual evidence in trial.
