The set involves four tealight candles, four sets of scented wax cubes, and a ceramic warmer with a metal stand and a glass dish to hold the wax. “Essenza” is printed on the front of the packaging and Costco item number #852473 is printed on the sides. So far, Olympic Mountain has received 22 reports of tealights with erratic or high flames. Two customers were burned by the defective warmers and one incident resulted in minor property damage.

The warmers were sold in Costco Wholesale stores nationwide between August and October 2014 for about $20. Customers should immediately stop using the recalled wax warmer sets and return them to Costco for a full refund.
