Associate
Zack Cramer is an associate attorney at Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi, P.C. and is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New Jersey and New York. Zack represents those injured in claims involving automobile collisions, slip and fall incidents, construction site and work-related injuries.
Prior to joining Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi, P.C., Zack worked for a pre-eminent New York City insurance defense firm where he defended hospitals and physicians in high-exposure medical malpractice lawsuits. As a result, Zack is familiar with the strategies and tactics used by the defense to minimize or avoid liability at the expense of the injured. Based on this experience, he joined Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi, P.C. to dedicate himself to helping injured individuals protect their rights through successfully navigating the complexities of the insurance and legal systems.
Zack also previously served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Westchester County Prosecutor’s Office in New York, where he prosecuted criminal defendants for felony and misdemeanor crimes including DUI, burglary, assault, forgery, possession of weapons, and distribution of narcotics. There, he managed hundreds of criminal cases, which included being first chair on three jury trials, with two of them going all the way to verdict.
Zack graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Fordham Law School. During his time in law school, he interned for the Department of Homeland Security, the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor, and the Southern District of New York’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.
