Personal Injury Attorney
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Personal Injury Attorney to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in personal injury cases and a strong commitment to providing exceptional legal counsel and client service.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all stages of personal injury cases, including consultations, negotiations, and litigation.
- Draft and file legal documents such as complaints, motions, settlement agreements, and demand letters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance companies, and medical providers.
- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to manage caseloads efficiently.
- Evaluate potential claims and provide clients with realistic legal advice and strategy.
- Stay up to date with changes in personal injury law, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in NJ & NY.
- Proven experience handling personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and fall, and workplace injuries, with at least 5 years of experience.
- Strong trial and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered legal representation.
- Bilingual in Korean or Spanish is a plus.
- Must be based near or in Bergen County to work.
