David Wendel is a Trial Attorney with more than 35 years of experience representing individuals injured as a result of accidents and the negligence of others.
Throughout his career, David has handled personal injury cases from the initial client consultation and investigation through discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, trial, and appeals. His extensive litigation experience allows him to evaluate the circumstances of an injury, identify the issues that may affect a client’s claim, and develop a strategy tailored to the individual case.

He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. David earned his law degree from American University Washington College of Law and his undergraduate degree from State University of New York at Oneonta.
